Course Description
Above all, executives are expected to be efficient. They must ensure that resources, both their own and those of others, be used to maximum effect. This course starts with a profound analysis of the current status quo as a basis for orientation, identifying clearly formulated goals and providing the tools needed in order to achieve them. These include priority/time-management, delegation and control as well as communication and motivation in order to get the best from employees.
Course structure:
- Duration: up to 2 months, side-by-side with normal business
- Fixed events
– 1 individual briefing session,– 1 Kick-Off-Meeting and– 6 further meetings (once) every week, each lasting 2hours, in order to discuss tasks - Regular telephone contact between the coach and course participants
- Step-by-step adjustment of habits and attitudes
- Homework (approx. 5 hours/week) between meetings
- Structured feedback to the client concerning progress made by individual participants
- Presentation of the goals achieved by individual participants
- Award for successful course completion
