Course Description
In a fast-changing business world with more and more global players and an accent on technology, emphasis needs to be placed upon leadership as the way forwards in order to manage more – and more complex – business tasks employing limited resources. Course structure:
Executives are supported by this program on the way to developing and implementing leadership strategies which aim to involve all employees in successfully facing the challenges of today’s fast-paced business world.
- Duration: up to 2 months, side-by-side with normal business
- Fixed events
– 1 individual briefing session,– 1 Kick-Off-Meeting and– 6 further meetings (once) every week, each lasting 2hours, in order to discuss tasks
-5 further meetings (once) every week, each lasting 2 hours, in order to discuss tasks – assigned and next steps - Regular telephone contact between the coach and course participants
- Step-by-step adjustment of habits and attitudes
- Homework (approx. 4 hours/week) between meetings
- Structured feedback to the client concerning progress made by individual participants
- Presentation of the goals achieved by individual participants
- Award for successful course completion
