Dr. Mazen A. Balilah – CEO
After getting his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1977 in Saudi Arabia , He was recruited by King Abdu Al-Aziz University to be an Assistant Professor in 1978 .Then he moved to the UK where he got his Master and PHD Degrees from the University of Leeds in 1984 . Immediately after his graduation he was appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at King Abdu Al-Aziz University in Jeddah in the period between 1984-1993. At the same time he was the Head of the registration Department of the same University. Dr. Balilah had a multi-colored experiential trip rarely could be done by one person. Starting as a member in the educational evaluation team in the ministry of education KSA, to the General Secretary of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and industry 1997, to the Editor of Al-Madinah Newspaper, to the Founder and Member of the Board of Directors for the College of Business Administration(CBA) in Jeddah in 1999. In 2005 he met one of his rich list of dreams by founding Oxford Academy of Business Administration in Jeddah. Later on in 2006 he has become the Master Licensee of LMI in the Saudi, Bahrain and Qatar, where as usually he added another brightening point of success to his profile when he got the award of Master Licensee Motivator of 2011 and the Gold Medal in sales Olympic for the same year. Recently he retired as one of the highly honored governmental consultation position as a Member in Al-Shura Council (the Parliament). Dr Mazen has absorbed the experiences he got through his rich life and transferred them to 4 valuable Academic and Consultation books so far.

Asem Kadri
Asem Kadri holding an MBA degree from the University of Sunderland of UK granted in 2009. He started his work life 5 years before with quite big companies in KSA and The UK such as Shamekon Construction Company, Arcadia Group and Banace group Health center in London in Sales and HR departments and has an outstanding performance with all of these companies. In 2012 LMI GCC in Jeddah,KSA has recruited him to work as Business Development Manager where he has built a strong relation with both outside and inside customer and he significantly could deliver and improve LMI Leadership programs. He also has got a fantastic feedback from the Licensees (Franchisee) of the company which was the reason to promote him after one year to become the Director Of Licensees Affairs where his responsibilities go behind the border to cover all LMI provider In the GCC area. Recentley he is promoted as the General Manager of LMI GCC.
